CRAIG Hoy, a Conservative MSP for South Scotland, has recently opened his constituency office in Haddington.
The office sits on the corner of Haddington High Street and Sidegate at 1 High Street, Haddington, EH41 3ES.
Craig Hoy shares the office with his Ayrshire-based colleagues Sharon Dowey MSP and Brian Whittle MSP as required by rules set by the Scottish Parliament.
The office’s opening hours have been published on Mr Hoy’s website, with the office being open by appointment only Monday-Thursday from 9:30-14:00 and on Fridays between 9:30-11:00.
Mr Hoy commented: “I am delighted to open my constituency office on Haddington High Street.
“It is important for elected officials to be accessible to the people we represent.
“I am very keen to engage and happy to help with any issues or concerns which local residents face, so please do feel free to get in touch with me to arrange an appointment by emailing me at [email protected] or writing to me at 1 High Street, Haddington, EH41 3ES.”
Mr Hoy has set up a community noticeboard in his office window facing onto Sidegate and he has invited local organisations to send materials to share with residents on the board.
